Hugel launches direct US sales force for Letybo neurotoxin

Hugel Aesthetics is launching a dedicated direct U.S. sales force and field-based medical affairs organization for Letybo (letibotulinumtoxinA-wlbg), meaning practices will soon navigate a hybrid account management structure. Throughout 2026, Hugel will transition to this hybrid sales model, deploying its direct team to focus on select strategic accounts while its launch partner, BENEV Company Inc., continues servicing other accounts.

Letybo, which received FDA approval in February 2024 and launched in the U.S. in March 2025, has already been adopted by more than 9,000 domestic practices. Globally, the product has a substantial track record, operating as the top-selling neurotoxin in South Korea for 10 consecutive years against more than 15 competitors, with over 44 million treatments administered across 70 countries. To support this commercial push, Hugel is also introducing a consumer marketing campaign called K-TOX and increasing investments in clinical research and medical congresses.

For clinic owners, this commercial expansion means more direct corporate support and potential shifts in how you order and receive clinical education. If you currently offer Letybo or are considering it, expect your regional sales representative touchpoints to change as Hugel divides account coverage with BENEV.
