Hugel Aesthetics Expands US Sales and Support Infrastructure for Letybo

Hugel Aesthetics is launching a dedicated direct sales and field-based medical affairs organization for its neurotoxin Letybo (letibotulinumtoxinA-wlbg), giving US practices direct corporate support alongside its distribution partner BENEV Company Inc. Under this new hybrid commercial structure, Hugel will directly target select strategic accounts throughout 2026, while BENEV continues to service other clinical accounts.

For practices navigating a crowded neuromodulator market, this expansion means more direct clinical and educational resources. Since its initial US launch in March 2025, following FDA approval in February 2024, Letybo has already been adopted by more than 9,000 practices. Hugel is also introducing a South Korean-inspired consumer marketing campaign called "K-TOX" and increasing its clinical research footprint to boost US brand recognition.

While new to many US patients, the product carries deep global data. Letybo has been South Korea's top-selling neurotoxin for 10 consecutive years, surviving a highly competitive domestic market with more than 15 competing brands. Globally, it represents over 15 years of clinical experience and 44 million treatments across more than 70 countries.

If your clinic relies heavily on toxin volume, this infrastructure shift suggests Hugel is positioning itself to compete aggressively on service, clinical education, and account support. High-volume injectors should prepare to evaluate direct commercial proposals from Hugel representatives as they segment their accounts throughout 2026.
