ParagonCare acquires Haju Medical to expand Southeast Asian distribution

ParagonCare has announced the acquisition of Indonesian aesthetics distributor Haju Medical for approximately A$70 million, a move slated for completion in early 2026 pending South Korean merger clearance. The deal includes 100 percent of the shares of Insightof Co., Ltd., a Korea-based purchasing entity. Haju Medical distributes prominent Korean brands in the region, including VIOL Medical's SYLFIRM X, Classys' Ultraformer, VAIM's Juvelook, BAZ Biomedic's CureJet, and HIGHER Corporation's Hilo Wave. This transaction follows ParagonCare's October 2025 acquisition of Somnotec Group, which wrapped up in December and secured distribution networks across Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. For clinical business owners, this consolidation signals a highly streamlined pipeline for popular K-aesthetics platforms. By establishing a single gateway for manufacturers, ParagonCare aims to stabilize the supply, distribution, and local support of these popular energy devices and injectables. It is a consolidation trend worth watching if you plan to integrate South Korean technology into your treatment menu.
